# HIV Counseling and Testing Client Card

## Enter new HCT card

1. Go to the patient dashboard
2. Find a patient ![](/files/-M4y-SbdqIqoU2ODjKy-) 3.Type in the name ofthe patient and select ![](/files/-M4y-SbfpXiddkC9l653)
3. Create a past visit on the date that the patient was tested ![](/files/-M4y-SbhfpM7J8b7h89I) 5.Select past visit date ![](/files/-M4y-SbjadgrcqjzYbLV)
4. Click on the link to the HIV counseling and testing card ![](/files/rIlVIIqR51fH6wYRk5KA)

## Edit HCT Card
